The room had separate beds; it was in a good location near the Alvaro Carvalho Theatre.

Location. Good value for the price.
Good breakfast, but always the same every day. Their Internet connection is very, very horrible.

Good Service
The hotel is clean, but quite old and so is the furniture.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to be within walking distance of shopping centers and the bus station. The staff here were incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, as it ensured a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The wi-fi signal was strong, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The only downside I can think of is that the shade in my room didn't close properly, which allowed a bit of light and sunlight to filter in.

The staff was extremely friendly. I didn´t speak any Portugese and they were very nice and helpful to me everyday.
Bathroom was dirty and needed to be remodeled. The website gave me the wrong impression.

The property seemed fairly clean and the room was good-sized and well-organised. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe...

Perfect location, very close to the central bus station, restaurants, and grocery stores. the breakfast was amazing, filling with the right variety of food. the staff were extremely helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. the rooms were clean and spacious which really made us feel comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary water bottles and the coffee maker in the room, perfect for staying cozy and hydrated.
The bathroom was a little outdated, it could use a renovation. the water temperature varied frequently, making the shower a bit uncomfortable.

Stayed here recently and got a great deal for our stay in town. We thought there would be more nightlife options, but found some nice places to eat in the Baira Mar Norte area, just a short stroll from the hotel. The central bus station was also conveniently located for exploring the beaches. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent. we enjoyed our stay, especially considering the affordable price. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay in town.

The hotel offers really hot water in both the shower and the sink, which was great for the cooler weather. its proximity to the bus station made it very convenient for transportation. One more advantage was the location – it was in a central area with easy access to shops and restaurants.
The room I stayed in was quite dirty and dusty. I found a used soap with some hair on it in the bathroom, which wasn't very pleasant.
